Rental Rates:

  • 2 hours – $45
  • Half day < 4hr – $85
  • Full day > 4hr – $150
    + $25 service fee*

Total rental time includes event time plus setup and teardown.

*Service fee applies only to events taking place during weekends and off-hours. Wellness Collective hours are Monday – Wednesday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Space Availability:

Visit the WCGR events calendar for a rough idea of availability of the space. Once you have specified a couple of possible dates/times for your event, email the event coordinator to confirm availability of the studio space before completing the rental application below.

Rental FAQs

The Studio Space:
The studio is 530 sq ft featuring beautiful wood laminate floors and local art. 35 chairs are available for use.

Event Scheduling:
Please contact us at least 3 weeks (21 days) in advance of your event to reserve the studio.

Event Charges:
Rental contracts are due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date. Full payment is required to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
50% refund if event is canceled at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event date.

Event Logistics:
A member of the Wellness Collective Grand Rapids will open the space, setup up beverages (water and tea) for the event and make sure you have everything you need in the space to make your event a success. The WCGR member will also be there at the end of your event to help clean up and lock up the space.

Please note the studio rental is only for the space. The WCGR is not responsible for taking registrations or payment at your event.

Event Endorsement:
Includes promotion of event on WCGR website, monthly email newsletter (if timing allows) and Facebook page. The cost for event endorsement is $40 per event.

Event must be approved by the WCGR for endorsement. Please contact us for the event endorsement application.

All event copy and graphics must be provided by renter.

Catering:
There are no cooking facilities available at the studio but clients are welcome to use the toaster oven, electric kettle and kitchen sink. Water and tea are available for each event. You may bring in your own food for your event.

Audio Video Equipment:
A projector is available to rent for $20 per day which also includes speakers, if needed.

The studio does not have a laptop available for rent at this time. Please plan accordingly if your event requires a laptop.

Parking and Transportation:
Free parking is available in the parking lot of the Carlton Building (1324 Lake Dr SE) as well as on Carlton Street.

The Wellness Collective is accessible by public transportation: Rapid bus route #6 (Eastown/Woodland) – Stop # 2746 (Lake Dr & Carlton)

Bicycle racks are located at the front of the building near the Lake Dr. entrance.
